Fenzo Digital | Singapore | Last updated: 5 September 2026

Fenzo Digital (“Fenzo Digital”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals whose personal data we handle. This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, disclose, store and otherwise process personal data in connection with our website, services and business activities. We seek to manage personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”) and other applicable requirements.

1. Information We May Collect

We may collect personal data and other information when you visit our website, contact us, request a quotation or analysis, engage our services, subscribe to communications, participate in a campaign or event, apply for a role, or otherwise interact with us.

  • your name, email address, telephone number, company, job title and business contact details;
  • information contained in enquiries, forms, proposals, correspondence and communications with us;
  • information about services, content or campaigns in which you have expressed an interest;
  • IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, pages viewed and website interactions;
  • cookie, analytics, advertising attribution and campaign engagement information;
  • recruitment-related information where you apply for a position; and
  • other information you choose to provide or that we are permitted to collect under applicable law.

2. How We Use Personal Data

We may collect, use or disclose personal data for purposes that are appropriate in the circumstances and connected with our business, including the following:

  • responding to enquiries, requests, quotations and consultation requests;
  • providing, administering, supporting and improving our services;
  • managing client, prospect, supplier, partner and other business relationships;
  • processing transactions, invoices, records and internal administration;
  • understanding website usage and improving website functionality and user experience;
  • conducting analytics, research, reporting, campaign measurement and business planning;
  • maintaining security, preventing misuse, managing risk and investigating suspected incidents;
  • recruitment and employment-related administration;
  • complying with legal, regulatory, contractual, audit and dispute-resolution requirements;
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal rights and protecting Fenzo Digital, our personnel, clients, systems, property and legitimate business interests; and
  • other purposes reasonably related to the purposes above or otherwise permitted by applicable law.

3. Marketing, Advertising and Business Development

Where permitted by applicable law and, where required, with your consent, we may use personal data for marketing, advertising, promotional and business-development purposes. This may include providing information about our services, campaigns, events, insights, promotions or other offerings that may be relevant to you.

We may also analyse interactions with our website, advertisements and communications to understand interests, measure marketing performance, improve campaigns, segment audiences and provide more relevant content or advertising, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Marketing communications may be delivered through email, telephone, SMS, messaging platforms, social media or other appropriate channels. For specified marketing messages sent to Singapore telephone numbers, we will comply with applicable Do Not Call requirements. You may unsubscribe or withdraw applicable marketing consent by contacting us or using an available unsubscribe facility.

A marketing opt-out does not prevent us from sending communications that are reasonably necessary for an existing enquiry, transaction, service, account, legal requirement or other non-marketing purpose permitted by law.

4. Consent and Other Permitted Processing

Where the PDPA requires consent, we will seek consent as applicable. Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict our ability to collect, use or disclose personal data without consent where the PDPA or another applicable law provides an exception, exclusion or other lawful permission.

Where you voluntarily provide personal data for an obvious purpose, we may use that information for that purpose and for reasonably related purposes, subject to applicable law. We will not require consent to uses of personal data beyond what is reasonable for providing a requested product or service where doing so would contravene the PDPA.

5. Business Contact Information

Certain business contact information may fall outside the Data Protection Provisions of the PDPA. Where applicable, we may collect, use and disclose business contact information for business-to-business communications and legitimate business activities as permitted by Singapore law.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies for website functionality, security, analytics, conversion measurement, advertising and campaign attribution. These technologies may collect device, browser, visit, referral and interaction information.

We may use third-party technology, analytics and advertising providers. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy notices. Where consent or another requirement applies to a particular technology or use, we will address it as required by applicable law. You may also manage relevant settings through your browser or any cookie-preference tools that we make available.

7. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or where otherwise permitted or required by law, including to:

  • our employees, contractors and authorised representatives;
  • hosting, cloud, IT, analytics, advertising, communications, payment and other service providers;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers and consultants;
  • clients, business partners or counterparties where relevant to an authorised project or transaction;
  • government, regulatory, judicial or law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law; and
  • a prospective or actual purchaser, investor, successor or other relevant party in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets or other corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

8. Overseas Transfers

Some of our technology providers, service providers or business operations may process or store information outside Singapore. Where the PDPA’s Transfer Limitation Obligation applies, we will take steps required by applicable law to ensure that transferred personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

9. Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect personal data in our possession or under our control against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

No website, network, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, to the extent permitted by law, we do not represent or warrant that all security risks can be eliminated. Where a data breach is notifiable under the PDPA, we will assess and make notifications as required by law.

10. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate business or legal requirements, audit or dispute needs, or as otherwise permitted by law. When retention is no longer necessary, we will cease retention or remove the means by which the data can be associated with particular individuals, as required by the PDPA.

11. Access and Correction

Subject to the PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access to personal data in our possession or under our control and request correction of an error or omission. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and clarify the scope of a request. Where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee for an access request or decline or limit a request where an applicable exception permits us to do so.

12. Withdrawal of Consent

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent by giving us reasonable notice. We will process the withdrawal in accordance with applicable law and may inform you of any likely consequences. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal and may affect our ability to provide a service where the relevant information is reasonably necessary for that service.

13. Aggregated and Anonymised Information

Where information has been properly anonymised so that it no longer constitutes personal data under applicable law, we may use or disclose that information for analytics, research, reporting, benchmarking, service improvement, planning and other legitimate business purposes.

14. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our website or communications may contain links to third-party websites, applications or platforms. We do not control their privacy or security practices and are not responsible for how those third parties handle personal data. You should review their applicable privacy notices before providing information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology or legal requirements. The revised version will be published on our website with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a new purpose.
